Special Circumstances for Kiwanis TV Bingo Operation
(a) The Caller will stop calling Bingo numbers and end the game when a phone call is received from a potential/validated winner of the game at the Cable 4 Studio
(b) Should a player not be able to get through on the telephone to Cable 14 because of technical or other problems until after the next game has begun, their winning card can still be verified during the show by the use of our second (back-up) computer as well as recorded winning serial numbers.
(c) Cards will only be honoured for the show for which they are dated, and only up to the conclusion of that current Bingo show.
(d) TV Bingo winners will be declared using all of the balls that are called for that game. This permits Kiwanis TV Bingo to honour all calls, which may be from valid winners.
(e) Please be aware that if you are livestreaming, or playing using the Rogers Ignite System, there is a 30-35 second delay. Call in immediately if you have a winning card. The caller waits an appropriate amount of time once our software system indicates that there is a potential winning card in play, to give that player the opportunity to call in and register their winning card.

- Each card is dated and colour coded with the date of the show for which it is purchased, and is valid only for the date of issue

- Each card contains a different serial number located in the free space in the center of the card. This number is matched by a number in the Kiwanis TV Bingo computer software program, and is used to verify that a card being played is a winning card on that game
- Each card contains the telephone number used by Kiwanis TV Bingo at Cable 14 for the players to be able to contact Kiwanis TV Bingo to claim their winning card immediately as they realize they have won
Games Played Each Monday
- “T” – Game – Players must have all the numbers across the top of the Bingo Card and down the middle (under the “N”) covered to win. The “T” must be similar to a capital “T”. It is not a “floating “T”.
- “X” – Game – Players must cover two diagonal lines from the top to bottom corners of the card, with each line going through the free space to form an “X”.
- “Around the Free” – Players must cover the eight numbers around the center“Free” space on the bingo card. This would be: 3 I’s, 2 N’s, and 3 G’s. The numbers called and covered by the players for this game, are not removed at the end of the game. They are included and used in the following game, which is a full card game.
- “Full Card Game” – The numbers from the previous game (Around the Free) are kept covered and re-used to start this game. Players must completely cover the remaining numbers to fill the whole card in order to win.
